Meetings and Events 

Many groups and organizations enjoy holding meetings and events in our space.  Our campus is welcoming, centrally located, and spaces are well furnished and maintained. We only rent to nonprofit organizations and give preference to nonprofits with missions synergistic to our own.  All rooms are ADA accessible.

Private Parties

Event space is available to parishioners for private parties. It is uncommon for us to rent space for weddings, funerals, or other receptions unless they follow a service held in our church.  We do not offer private reception space for Quinceaneras, First Communion, or Confirmation.

Our Spaces

St. Andrew Community Center has three primary rooms available for events and meetings. 

Gymnasium
  • Appropriate for large meetings, forums, fundraising events, receptions and celebrations.
  • Dimensions: 48′ x 78′ and a lobby 19′ x 19′
  • Capacity is 150 to 200 seated at tables or up to 275 standing or chairs only.
  • Renter is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning after use.
  • Available equipment includes a projector, screen, stage, sound system, 60″ round tables, 6′ and 8′ banquet tables, and folding chairs.
Oscar Romero Meeting Room
  • This room is located on the upper level of the Community Center and is ADA accessible.
  • Dimensions:  34′ x 20′
  • Appropriate for meetings, smaller receptions, and gatherings.
  • Capacity is 48 seated at tables or up to 75 standing or chairs only.
  • Renter is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning after use.
  • Available equipment includes a projector, screen, whiteboards, stage, sound system, tables, chairs, and kitchenette with dishwasher, sink, and coffee maker.
Thea Bowman Meeting Room
  • This room is adjacent to the gymnasium.
  • Dimensions: 24′ x 22′
  • Appropriate for smaller meetings or gatherings.
  • Capacity is 35 seated at tables or up to 50 standing or chairs only.
  • Renter is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning after use.
  • Available equipment includes a projector, screen, whiteboards, tables, and chairs.
Community Center Kitchen
  • The commercial kitchen is adjacent to the gymnasium.
  • Renter is responsible for cleaning after use.
  • Available equipment includes a steam table, ovens, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. In addition, we have dishes, flatware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, carafes, water dispensers, coffee makers, serving dishes, and serving utensils.

General Policies

  • Insurance is required when alcohol is served or more than 49 people are attending.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult.
  • Good Neighbor Policy requires noise levels to be low after 10:00 PM.
